Whitehall Elementary School will host Parent-Teacher Conferences for students in Pre-K through grade 6 on November 20, 21, and 24, 2025.
On these days, students in Pre-K through grade 6 will be dismissed early at 12:15 p.m., with lunch served prior to dismissal. Families are encouraged to schedule conferences at times that best fit their work and personal commitments.

Parent-Teacher Conferences provide an important opportunity for families and teachers to work together to support each child’s growth in academic skills, character, and citizenship. Families will receive their child’s first-quarter report card after the marking period ends on November 7. Conferences will be approximately 15 minutes in length and will be held in person or by phone, whichever is best for you. If you have any questions or concerns, they can be addressed during this time.

A letter detailing the conference schedule will be sent home with students and should be returned to the classroom teacher once completed. Parents and guardians are strongly encouraged to attend to discuss their child’s progress and any questions or concerns they may have.
